Location and characterization
The ski resort of Ski Park Chlmec is situated in the region of Zemplin/Vihorlat, east Slovakia. The base altitude of the resort is 302 m and the highest point reaches up to 495 m, for a total vertical rise of 193 m. Ski Park Chlmec's ski season runs from December thru March. Total length of the downhill runs is 1,7 km out of which 0,8 km could be artificially snowed.

At Ski Park Chlmec there are 5 chair-lifts, with total capacity of 2900 people per hour. Combination of easy and semi-difficult downhill runs creates best conditions for beginners as well as skiers who want to develop their skiing technique. Parents with children have opportunities to use ski-school for children as well as ski-lift for children, which are situated within the ski resort. The ski resort also offers night-skiing with approximately 1680 meters of illuminated slopes.
Ski Park Chlmec also has 10 km of maintained cross-country skiing tracks.
At Ski Park Chlmec there are 160 free parking places for car visitors and 10free parking places for bus of the ski resort within 300 meters from ski-lifts.
